1. This Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation, W912CH-25-Q-0024, will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for the procurement of the following:

NOUN NSN Quantity STARTER, ENGINE, ELECTRICAL 2920-01-481-6537 83 EA* *100% option available 2. Manufacturer’s part number 3965282 is restricted to authorized distributor CUMMINS, LLC. 3. Packaging Requirements are listed in SECTION D - PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (SPECIAL PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS).

4. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via e-mail to the Contract Specialist (ciara.l.woodard-brown.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with subject header: Proposal Submission- W912CH-25-Q-0024 (Company Name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist and or the Contracting Officer will reply to the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.

CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
