This presolicitation notice hereby announces Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division's intention to procure Central Atmosphere Monitoring System (CAMS) spare parts, test equipment, entire units, and other related materials from Collins Aerospace Mission Systems on a sole source basis.

The proposed Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) is for spare procurment for the Central Atmosphere Monitoring System (CAMS) for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No other Sources and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1.
