Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Camp Loucon - Loucon Training and Retreat Center, Leitchfield, Kentucky. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

G003 Social Services / Social-Recreational Services NAICS: 721214 Recreational and Vacation Camps (except Campgrounds) with a small business set aside standard of $9M applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source.

The Kentucky Army National Guard intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Camp Loucon - Loucon Training and Retreat Center. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received by the deadline set in this notice.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining how to proceed with the planned sole source acquisition for this requirement. The Government will not pay for any information, or quotes, received in response to this announcement. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721214, with a small business size standard of $9M. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Department.
