Updated Item Description below

PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the production data/repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the C26-109E Linear Power RF Amplifier. Quantity of one (1) Linear Power RF Amplifier.

Range 250 MHz up to a minimum of 450HHz Minimum of 52dB Gain, with an adjustable gain feature The minimum gain requirement must be met across the required frequency band Shall be used to receive a small level RF signal (~100 milliwatts) and amplify it to approximately 160 Watts The 160-Watt signal will be used to test the insertion-loss/signal-integrity of the Transmit Diplexer Circuitry of the aircraft and verify that it can handle high power RF signals from the aircraft Output of at least 160W for one hour N-Type Female input/output connectors located on the front panel Preferences for front panel display that provides Output Power and VSWR Front panel power adjustment is preferred, but not required 50 Ohms I/O Impedance Equipment shall have CW, AM, and FM capability Maximum Input VSWR: 2.0:1 Shall have a complete and valid calibration data package included Shall include Delivery times Bench-Top equipment is preferred, equipment may contain rack mount options Power requirements shall be a standard 120V 60 Hz, single phase, wall power outlet Equipment shall have full enclosure The equipment shall allow the Government to test the Transmit Diplexer Circuitry as if it were operating in the aircraft This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and production of the C26-109E Linear Power RF Amplifier for use by United States Air Force (USAF) personnel.

Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.

C26-109E Linear Power RF Amplifier PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the production data/repair data, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements for the C26-109E Linear Power RF Amplifier. Delivery Speed is the highest priority for this requirement. One (1) each RF Linear High-Power Amplifier. It shall be used to receive a small level RF signal (100 milliwatts) and amplify it to approximately 150 Watts.

The 150 Watt signal will be used to test the insertion-loss/signal-integrity of the Transmit Diplexer Circuitry of the aircraft and verifies that it can handle high power RF signals from the aircraft. The equipment shall allow the Government to test the Transmit Diplexer Circuitry as if it were operating in the aircraft. The equipment can be rack mounted Power requirements shall be a standard 120v wall power outlet.
