San Bernardino National Forest Prospectus for Campground and Related Granger-Thye Concessions

This prospectus is being issued to solicit applications for a concession campground special use permit. A permit or permits to provide high-quality public service in the operation and maintenance of Government-owned recreation facilities located on the Mountaintop and Front Country Ranger Districts, San Bernardino National Forest, may be issued. There is one site in the Front Country Offering with average revenue of $33,946. There are 38 sites in the Mountaintop offering with average revenue of $2,728,257.87. A facility tour led by the Forest is scheduled for May 15, 2024. Interested parties must RSVP to Joseph Martin at Joseph.Martin@usda.gov by May 1, 2024.
