CUSTOM FLUOROPORE MEMBRANE FILTER

This is a notice of intent, not a request for proposals. A solicitation document will not be issued and proposals will not be requested. HHS, SUPPLY SERVICE CENTER, PERRY POINT, MARYLAND, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price from EMD Millipore Corporation, 25760 Network Place, Chicago, IL 60673-1257 to provide FSLG04700 - Option2/Sample 5 filters (FluoroporeTM Membrane Filter, 3.0 ?m PTFE membrane, white, custom gridded, 47 mm cut discs). The proposed contract action is for The Department of Homeland Security.

The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325414. The Government will consider all responses, but a determination not to compete this action is solely under the discretion of the Government.
