The Offeror shall furnish all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the statement of work to fabricate and polich two SI Plane Mirrors to the following specifications.

Dimensions: 508 ±5mm -0.0mm x 38.1 ±0.2mm x 9 mm±0.1mm As-polished slope errors <=1 urad rms (1 mm to the length of the mirror) As-polished roughness <0.3nm rms. Tangential radius >25 km Sagittal radius >5km No coating. BSA 468459 Amendment 01 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide Questions and Answers (Q&A) and to close the Q&A session.
