AMENDMENT No.1 Hyster H360XDS48 Forklift or its Equivalent

AMENDMENT No.1 is issued as follows:

It has come to my attention that an urgent Amendment is needed to find a unit with a “4-week lead time” and To extend the RFQ due date from 11/08/24 to 11/15/24. All other terms, conditions and attachments remain unchanged.

Kindly participate in an “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for a Hyster H360XDS48 Forklift or its Equivalent per Attachment 1 (forklift_sow_rev_b) as outlined in the Draft Purchase Order (Enclosure A). *All freight fees are to be included in the overall pricing, not as an additional line item on the quote (DEST).

This will be the only notification made requesting such solicitation for this RFQ. Please confirm (via e-mail) receipt of this request and if your company will be participating.
