Kindly participate in an “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for Arista Switches per the attached (Attachment 1 SPEC) (No Substitutes) as outlined in the Draft Purchase Order (Enclosure A). *All freight fees are to be included in the overall pricing, not as an additional line item on the quote (DEST).

Please provide the following on your quote: 1. Country of Origin (COO) 2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) 3. Lead Time This will be the only notification made requesting such solicitation for this RFQ. Please confirm (via e-mail) receipt of this request and if your company will be participating.
