Kindly participate in an “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote as outlined in the Draft Purchase Order (Enclosure A). *All freight fees are to be included in the overall pricing, (DEST).

Lead Time PLEASE NOTE THE IMPORTANT MILESTONE PAYMENTS: 1st Payment by August 16th 2024 = 40% ($xxxxxxxx) Due upon Receipt of Dispatch PO, Schedule Report/Material List and Vendor Invoice Net 30. 2nd Payment by September 20th 2024 = 40% ($xxxxxxxx) Due upon receipt of Status Report of Build Schedule and Vendor Invoice Net 30 3rd Payment by January 24th 2025 = 20% ($xxxxxxxx) Due upon receipt of Delivery to BNL, System Installation, BNL Inspection, BSA Acceptance and Vendor Invoice Net 30 Please also return a “Published” Price list showing the items on your quote for price justification This will be the only notification made requesting such solicitation for this RFQ.
