Kindly participate in an “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote as outlined in the attached RFQ Document. *All freight and fees are to be included in the overall pricing, (DEST).

Please provide the following on your quote: 1. Country of Origin (COO) 2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) 3. Lead Time Please also return the following along with your quote: Published Price list: showing the items on your quote for price justification (OR) a Prior BNL PO for the same (OR) a web cart screenshot (or link) of same/similar items with pricing and part number shown. This will be the only notification made requesting such solicitation for this RFQ.
