Kindly participate in an SBA Set aside “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) herewith solicits your quote for Arista Switches and Components (No Substitutes) per Attachment 1 SPECS outlined in the Draft Purchase Order (Enclosure A).

Please provide the following on your quote: 1. Country of Origin (COO) 2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) 3. Lead Time Please also return the following along with your quote: Published Price list: showing the items on your quote for price justification. This will be the only notification made requesting such solicitation for this RFQ. Please confirm (via e-mail) receipt of this request and if your company will be participating.
