PKA - Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Travis AFB, CA

1. This notice is posted IAW FAR 5.203 “Publicizing and response time.” The Government intends to release a solicitation on or after 15 days from the date this notice for the requirement below. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.

2. This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) whose work may consist of multiple disciplines in general construction categories and design for all aspects of general construction including construction, modifications, renovations and demolition of existing facilities that will be awarded via individual Task Orders.

Task orders will provide a vehicle for execution of a broad range of projects which may include maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, asbestos remediation, paving, and earth work for industrial/office buildings and/or infrastructure. In-house design capability or ready access to design capability is a must for projects including alteration and repair to existing infrastructure.

3. The solicitation shall be publicized through the Government-wide point of entry on SAM.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered with SAM.gov.
