1331L526F13211135 - SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION NOTICE

This is a sole-source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) extension to the bridge contract (Order No. 1331L526F13211135) for Electrosoft Services, Inc. (Electrosoft Services) to provide IT Infrastructure Support Services for BEA in accordance with FAR 52.212-8. BEA is currently re-competing this requirement amongst 8(a) vendors with a projected award date of 9/29/2026. This contract will provide mission-critical services while the government finalizes award for the recompeted contract.

The period of performance for this extension will be 8/29/2026-9/28/2026. When Contract No. 1331L526F13211135 was awarded, the total contract value was below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). The exercise of this 52.212-8 extension increases the total value of the bridge contract above the SAT, necessitating approval of this justification IAW GSAM/R 538.7104-3.
