Weapon System Sustainment Program (Reopened BAA)

Amendment 05 is being issued to add Eligibility Requirements.

Amendment 04 is being issued to add Intellectual Property and Data Rights Clauses and Information for resultant awardees, add Identification and Assersertion of Use, Release, or Disclosure Restriction, and adds Government Furnished Property Instructions.

Amendment 03 is being issued to add transition language, and revise the content of the WSSP BAA. BAA-0002-19 was originally posted on FedBizOps on August 28, 2019. The BAA was posted as a five year combined synopsis/solicitation with a closing date of September 30, 2019 for receipt and evaluation of initially submitted proposals. The BAA is being reoened on August 12, 2020 (via Amendment 02) and will remain open through August 28, 2024 to allow for the receipt of white papers.
