NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this is effort is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction.  The Small Business size standard is $45 million.

DESCRIPTION:

The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District (MVS), has an existing Lock & Dam 24 (LD 24) Pier Rehab Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) No. W912P924D0001 that was awarded to OCCI, Inc. with a capacity of $75M on 19 January 2024. The scope of work requires construction services to complete repairs to seven (7) piers, fifteen (15) Tainter gates (TG), and a service bridge on LD 24. MVS is pursuing the approval of a $50,000,000 Justification and Approval (J&A) for additional repairs necessary due to catastrophic chain failure at TG 14, an allision at TG 9, and additional latent damage only discoverable once work began.
