Scope of Services The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, diagnostics, testing, and incidental services required to complete the identified work items.

1. Engine Replacement Services Remove and replace the existing engine assembly with one complete crate engine with turbocharger, reconnect all associated systems, and perform operational testing and diagnostics.

2. Mechanical and Drivetrain Repairs Perform repairs and replacements involving the fuel system, cooling system, brake system, steering and suspension components, hydraulic systems, pump assemblies, drivetrain components, and ancillary mechanical equipment.

3. Electrical and Lighting System Upgrades Provide LED lighting retrofits, emergency lighting repairs, electrical wiring repairs, beacon replacements, gauge replacements, and associated system testing in accordance with applicable NFPA and OEM standards.

4. HVAC System Repairs Repair and replace HVAC system components including compressor, condenser, evaporators, heater core, pressure switches, drier, and hose assemblies. Evacuate, recharge, and test the HVAC system upon completion.

5. Aerial and Pump Panel Repairs Repair and refurbish aerial controls, discharge wheels, valves, gauges, control panels, intake/discharge assemblies, and aerial lighting systems.

6. Materials and Equipment The contractor shall provide all OEM or OEM-equivalent parts, repair materials, diagnostic equipment, specialized tools, freight services, and testing equipment necessary to complete the work.

7. Testing and Quality Assurance The contractor shall perform operational testing and inspections on all repaired systems and correct any deficiencies identified during testing at no additional cost to the Government.

8. Deliverables Provide repair documentation, warranty information, parts lists, testing documentation, inspection records, and final invoicing upon completion.

9. Warranty Requirements The contractor shall provide written warranties covering replacement parts, engine assembly, and workmanship.
