This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to issue a non-competitive award or sole source that supports the implementation of a bridge action pursuant to DAFFARS 5302.101 and DAFFARS 5306.303-1-90(a). 502d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a non-competitive award to the incumbent contractor: GC Associates USA, LLC. // CAGE: 4PFV81 // EUI: HPEVNN92LJK3. The anticipated period of performance is from 25 March 2026 to 24 July 2026. The notice is not a solicitation or a request for competitive quotes or proposals.

Oral communications will be accepted in response to this notice. No request for proposals or quotes will be issued based upon this notice of intent to sole source. In accordance with FAR part 6, a written justification and approval for this bridge action will be posted within fourteen days after contract award. The applicable NAICS is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a small business size standard of $24.5 million dollars. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is Q403 Medical Evaluation/Screening.
