Lexis Nexis IT Subscription

The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b) (ii). The proposed source is Lexis Nexis. The procurement is for One Year Agreement with 4 years options. This requirement will be from September 2024 to August 2025. The option years will include September 2025 through August 2029. This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is for the Nexis Subscription for onsite. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations.
