February 5, 2026 ADVOCATE ISO, ARPA-H-SOL-26-142, Amendment 01: The purpose of ARPA-H-SOL-26-142, Amendment 01 is as follows:

Make a correction to Table 7 – Performer Collaboration Expectations under Section 1.2.5 Performer Collaboration Expectations (See highlighted text). Revise the last paragraph under Section 5.1 Proposing Teams (See highlighted text) to read: “Proposers interested in submitting a proposal for TA3 cannot submit a proposal for TA1 and TA2 in any capacity (e.g. prime, subperformer, or multi-party team).

TA3 proposers can only submit one proposal for the TA3 work outlined in this solicitation.” Update the first sentence of Section 6.2 Organization Conflicts of Interest (OCI) (See highlighted text) to read: “The proposer, through submission of a proposal, is required to identify and disclose all facts relevant to any potential OCI involving the proposer, its organization, and/or any proposed team member (i.e. proposed sub-performer, consultant).” See attached ADVOCATE ISO, ARPA-H-SOL-26-142, Amendment 01.

January 13, 2026 The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Agentic AI-Enabled Cardiovascular Care Transformation (ADVOCATE) program will enable the development of an Agentic system that delivers autonomous and semi-autonomous clinical care directly to patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD). Interested parties are invited to review the attached ADVOCATE Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) ARPA-H -SOL-26-142.
