The purpose of Amendment No. 1 to the ISO is to extend the due date for proposals to June 27, 2024, 3:00 PM ET. However, as a reminder, proposals will be invite-only A revised version of the ISO, with the new due date, is included as an attachment to this amendment. Lastly, the bundle described in 4.2.2. Full Proposal Format will be provided directly by ARPA-H to proposers invited to submit a full proposal.
