Questions and comments should be sent to THEA@arpa-h.gov. This draft solicitation is not an invitation for abstracts or proposals. Any such responses will be disregarded. ARPA-H will not comment or provide feedback on questions related to proposed technical approaches.

11 JAN 2024: The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) posts this Special Presolicitation Notice in support of the Transplantation of Human Eye Allografts (THEA) Program.

ARPA-H will host a Proposers' Day on February 15, 2024. The event will allow for both in-person and virtual participation and is intended to facilitate teaming, foster a greater understanding of the THEA Program, and provide information related to the THEA Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) that ARPA-H anticipates posting by the end of January. After reviewing the attached Proposers' Day Announcement Special Notice ARPA-H-SN-24-07, potential proposers are encouraged to register and complete a teaming profile.
