The United States Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica invites quotations from authorized dealers of vehicles for the supply and delivery of a 2027 Toyota Rav4 or Equal, 5-Door, Right Hand Drive that meets the following minimum specifications:

Model Description: 2027 Toyota RAV4, 4x2, 2.0L, CVT, A/T, LE or EQUAL 4X2 SUV, COMPACT, 4 DR, 5 PASS, MIN 4300 LBS GVW 5-Door SUV, Seating Capacity:5 17-inch Alloy Wheels Auto LED Headlamps & Fog Lamps Fabric Seats Weight: 2115KG 2.0L Gas Engine,1987 CC Two Wheel Drive 8 Speed Automatic CVT Transmission with Tiptronic Mode Fuel Capacity - 55 Liters Android Auto & Apple Car Play Infotainment System with FM Radio & Bluetooth Connectivity 6Speakers 2 USB Charging Ports Smart Entry & Push-Button Start Reverse Camera, Toyota Safety Sense 4, Front and Rear Proximity Sensors Retractable Door Mirrors Cruise Control 7-Air Bags Vehicle Stability, Hill Start Assist and Traction Controls Manufacturer's warranty: 3 year/100,000Km, whichever comes first Color: White Responses must include a compliance checklist that shows where quoted vehicle specifications equal or exceed the minimum required specifications.

Quotations should be sent in USD excluding duties and taxes and must include supply availability, delivery time, warranty information, detailed product literature, statement of service support and vailability of spares from the locally authorized dealer. The Embassy will not arrange customs clearance for the vehicle purchased from the successful vendor or to independently pay any associated customs duties.

Consequently, any services, clearances or shipping charges and arrangements which are required to deliver the vehicle to the Embassy at 30 Monroe Road, Kingston, Jamaica must be costed and guaranteed as part of a vendor’s quotation. Any quotation that declines to offer (and cost as appropriate) any such services cannot be judged technically acceptable.

All firms that respond to this request for quotation must at the time of submitting their quotations must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Interested parties should email quotations with completed NDAA889 representations to Kingstonquotes@state.gov NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, 2026 at 2pm.
