Contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and transportation to erect and dismantle fifteen (15) aluminum structures (banner bridges) and fabricate/install thirty (30) printed scrim vinyl banners on the banner bridges for wayfinding throughout the Capitol Grounds in support of the 2025 Presidential Inaugural Ceremony at the United States Capitol Building, Washington, D.C - IAW Attachment 1: Draft Services for Vinyl Banners and Bridges Install for 2025 Presidential Inaugural Ceremony;
