Security Support Services (Office of the Chief Security Officer)

SCOPE OF WORK The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief Security Officer has a requirement for a security services contract providing various security support services that allows the OCSO to fulfill its mission which enables Congress to conduct their essential functions and fulfil their constitutional responsibilities.

Security consulting services include, but are not limited to, various degrees of expertise for: Security Administration, Security Operations, Security Program Management, Security Project Management, Architectural and Engineering reviews, and Technical Writing services. The specific clearance level for each position will be stated in the specific task order.

Qualified personnel may require a Secret, Top Secret, or Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access based on the requirement outlined in the task order. When hiring personnel, the contractor shall always bear in mind that the stability and continuity of the workforce is essential. In view of this, the contractor must always maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within the attached SOW.
