Project Name: LC13017A, Sprinkler Systems Replacement for Collections, John Adams Building (JAB), Library of Congress in Washington, DC.
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of a highly qualified contractor under a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to furnish all the supervision, labor, material, and equipment (except as otherwise noted in the RFP) required to perform the work for the Sprinkler Systems Replacement for Collections, John Adams Building (JAB), Library of Congress in Washington, DC. Refer to solicitation AOCACB24R0025 and attachments for instructions and evaluation criteria.
Attachments 2 and 3 are controlled, please request acces through SAM.gov. Due to file size Attachment 2 is broken into two parts. If access issues occur for controlled attachments, contact the Contract Specalist at charvey.smith@aoc.gov. Site visit is anticipated for August 28, 2024 at 8:00am. See clause, "AOC52.236-13 Visit to the Site of the Work - Construction (Jun 2004)" included in the solicitation for more information. List of attendees are due no later than August 26, 2024.
