FY24 Sidewalk Replacement In Various Locations, US Capitol Grounds

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has a requirement for a FY24 Sidewalk Replacement in Various Locations. The work consists of removing areas of sidewalk and replacing the areas with 6” reinforced, `seeded’ exposed aggregate sidewalks in various locations. Work also includes removal and replacement of curbs, gutters and ADA ramps. All sidewalks and ramps shall comply with ADA regulations. In certain areas additional soil is to be removed and replaced with an approved topsoil mix.

All areas are within the jurisdiction of the AOC. "Attachment 2_Sidewalk Specs" and "Attachment 3_Sidewalk Drawings 05302024" are controlled. Interested Vendors must request access to view documents. Site Visit is scheduled on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 9 AM.
