US GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED RETAIL AND RELATED SPACE IN SAN ANTONIO, TX

The U.S. Government currently looking for retail and related space in San Antonio, Texas. The Government is seeking to lease between 1,000 minimum SF and maximum 900 gross square feet of existing Class A or B retail space, in San Antonio, Texas, specifically bounded by:

North: Holmgreen Rd.

South:

Paula Drive East:

US Loop 410 West: Texas Loop 13 (South WW White Rd.) The Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime. The ideal space would include the following:

building specifications in compliance with all federal, state and local ordinances; force protection standards in compliance with Department of Defense’s Unified Facility Criteria; outfitted with either designated or open parking. An initial fullyserviced, five year lease is requested. Ofered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain and must be ready for occupancy by 30 Sep 2024.
