Pursuant to the authority of FAR13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contractring Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. State of Maryland University of Maryland - College Park Maryland Data Research Center 3112 Lee Building 7809 Regents Drive College Park, MD 20742 This requirement provides AHRQ researchers with special sworn status with exclusive access to the Research Data Center (RDC) at the University of Maryland to access both MEPS insurance component data and Census data.
