Items to be quoted as per Enclosure A (Draft PO): 1) NR-512-2.5-25 NR-512-2.5 Spectrometer, NIR Wavelength Range 900- 2450nm*, Grating #NIR16, 25 um Slit, 6.6nm* Resolution, *typical values - 1.0000 / EA 2) INTSMA-025 Interchangeable Round SMA 25um - 1.0000 /EA 3) INTSMA-050 Interchangeable Round SMA 50um - 1.0000 / EA 4) P400-2-VIS-NIR 400 um Fiber, VIS/NIR, 2 m - 1.0000 / EA IMPORTANT NOTE: Freight along with Tariffs and any Packing & Handling fees are to be included in the “All-Inclusive” price of the item delivered to BNL. *A resulting PO will NOT have a line for freight or extra fees.

Please include all costs in the price of the product. If "ALL INCLUSIVE" pricing described above is not available for foreign products, BNL must be the importer on record: The Incoterms shall be “DAP” along with the utilization of BNLs Freight Forwarder to be provided.

System For Award Management (SAM): In order to support DOE reporting requirements, BSA requires all its vendors/contractors to be registered in the U. S. Government supplier database entitled System For Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI#). Registration can be performed online at www.sam.gov . If not already registered, please register as soon as possible since failure to do so may preclude BSA from doing business with your organization.
