Hello, Kindly participate in an “FFP” (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory, with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory. Can you kindly quote this requirement with a “all inclusive” quote in my name with the current date and lead time. Please offer BSA any discounts available for your Best Price. By quoting this requirement, you are confirming that you are a Franchised / Licensed “Distributor” for all item(s) as per QA paragraph 4.43 which is below. Items to be quoted as per Enclosure A (Draft PO): 1) XCZU6CG-1FFVB1156E - QTY - 225 / EA QA Paragraph:

4.43 - Franchised/Licensed Distributor Traceability: Products that are not purchased directly from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/Original Component Manufacturer (OCM) must be purchased only from a franchised/licensed distributor of the product being offered. The distributor shall ensure traceability of all products to the original equipment manufacturer by identifying the original manufacturer for each lot/date code on the Certificate of Conformance.

The distributor shall provide a copy of the Manufacturer's certificate for the lot number being supplied, along with their franchised distributor certification. The distributor shall not use unapproved brokers (any company, person, or entity who is not an OEM/OCM) for the purchase of components and parts, unless pre-approval has been granted by Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA).

All Inclusive: Freight along with Tariffs and any Packing & Handling fees are to be included in the “All-Inclusive” price of the item delivered to BNL. *A resulting PO will NOT have a line for freight or extra fees. Please include all costs in the price of the product. If "ALL INCLUSIVE" pricing described above is not available for foreign products, BNL must be the importer on record: The Incoterms shall be “DAP” along with the utilization of BNLs Freight Forwarder to be provided.

1. Published Price list: Please provide a Published Price List that is available online. The Department of Energy requires that we justify our pricing. If an online Published Price List is not available, a redacted invoice from another customer that purchased the same or similar items in the past would suffice or a webpage screenshot of the same item showing online pricing.

2. System For Award Management (SAM): In order to support DOE reporting requirements, BSA requires all its vendors/contractors to be registered in the U. S. Government supplier database entitled System for Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI#). Registration can be performed online at www.sam.gov. If not already registered, please register as soon as possible since failure to do so may preclude BSA from doing business with your organization.

Please note that there is no charge for SAM registration. When registering, you are strongly urged to copy and paste www.sam.gov onto your browser address rather than utilizing your search engine. Utilizing your search engine may redirect you to an erroneous site.

3. Equivalent Guidelines: The parts or model numbers are listed for reference purposes only. Any alternate products being offered shall have equivalent, or greater, performance parameters to those specified. Suppliers that are offering alternate products shall list the manufacturer, model, and part numbers for the product. When quoting an alternate product, please provide sufficient documentation to permit thorough evaluation of the equivalency of your offer to the product specified.
