POP: 11/15/2025 through 11/14/2029 The Purchase Order shall be subject to renegotiation at the beginning of each option year. The Supplier shall forward to Brookhaven its proposed rates no later than 30 days prior to the expiration date of the Contract for each option year or at the start of or along with proposed rates including a listing of all discounts being offered to BSA. If proposed option rates are not furnished prior to expiration, previous pricing will remain in effect for the next option year.

2. System For Award Management (SAM): In order to support DOE reporting requirements, BSA requires all its vendors/contractors to be registered in the U. S. Government supplier database entitled System For Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI#). Registration can be performed on line at www.sam.gov . If not already registered, please register as soon as possible since failure to do so may preclude BSA from doing business with your organization.
