This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. The Government will not pay for any effort expended or any material provided in response to this announcement. All costs associated with responding to this RFI are solely at the responding parties' expense.

Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract or agreement. The Government will not be obligated to pursue any particular acquisition alternative because of this RFI. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if one is issued. Specific responses to the approaches will not disqualify or have an impact on participation and evaluation on future solicitations.

DESCRIPTION: Moody Air Force Base is seeking information from companies that are capable of developing courseware and conducting instruction of the developed courseware in small group tryouts (SGTO) for a proposed Tactical Communicators Course, also known as the Command, Control, Communications University (C3-U).

This proposed course would be specifically tailored for the Air Force Special Warfare community of the Active Duty and Air National Guard, and is unique to their specific networks, equipment, waveforms, system requirements, and the tactical employment in various theaters of operation. This course would fill the gap between the current AF Formal course structure, and the advanced C3 equipment being procured and used in theater. First class to be completed in FY-24, with the possibility of executing two optional classes at the discretion of the USG in FY-25.

REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, and other requirements specified in the STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this SOW or higher. The designated NAICS code is 611519, with a size standard of 21.0M.

IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought. The purpose of this post is seeking sources for market research purposes and no contract or obligation from the government will come of it.
