Questions regarding this RFI shall be submitted no later than (NLT) 4:00PM on 20 November 2024. Written responses to this RFI shall be submitted NLT 4:00 PM on 05 December 2024. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, OR INVITATION FOR BIDS, NOR DOES ITS ISSUANCE OBLIGATE OR RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO AN EVENTUAL ACQUISITION APPROACH. ALL INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM THIS RFI WILL BE USED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.
