The intended audience for this RFI is GSA OASIS+ SB awardees, not specific to a particular domain or NAICS. The AFLCMC/AZS EPASS office (at both Hanscom and WP locations) is requesting feedback from industry on the CPAR evaluation subfactor criterion typically used in EPASS Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests (FOPRs). Please see attached for detailed request.
