Notice of Intent to Noncompetitively Procure Yellow Books Electronic Subscription

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission intends to noncompetitively procure Full Team Federal, Congressional, State, and News Media Yellow Books Electronic Subscription from Leadership Connect; 325 7th St. NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20004. The subscription contains accurate up-to-date contact information on how to contact officials in Congress, other Federal Agencies, State Government offices, and news media.

Leadership Connect is the publisher and sole distributer for the 11 titles in the Yellow Book series and, is also the sole distributer for printed publications and digital products. Recent market research indicates that Leadership Connect does not have any authorized distributors or resellers. The anticipated period of performance for the purchase order is 04/01/2024 to 3/31/2025, plus four one-year option periods.

The authority for this acquisition is FAR 13.106-1(b), which permits soliciting from a single source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available.
