24L-ETS FOR NATURAL RESOURCES TECHNICAL SERVICES CONTRACT

Except where otherwise stated, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, travel, lodging/subsistence, equipment, and transportation to perform environmental natural resource work that includes but is not limited to, the following services: multi-disciplinary planning and environmental investigations for a wide variety of environmental planning and compliance projects and tasks.

These include, but are not limited to Biological Surveys, Studies, and Monitoring; Environmental Planning, Analyses, and Studies; Habitat Restoration and Monitoring; and other scientific and technological investigations. Environmental sampling of various terrestrial and aquatic media (i.e., surface water, groundwater, estuarine and marine systems, surface, and subsurface soils) may be required to support requested investigations, inventories, and/or assessments.

Work to be performed within the NAVFACSYSCOM AOR, which includes Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi. Natural resources services may occasionally be required outside the NAVFACSYSCOM AOR. Work under this contract will be ordered by written Task Orders (TOs) issued to the Contractor by the Contracting Officer.
