24L - HAZARDOUS & SOLID WASTE MGT ETS BASIC (CARIBBEAN)

Except where otherwise stated, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, travel, lodging/subsistence, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation for hazardous and solid waste management environmental compliance support within the NAVFAC Southeast (NAVFAC SE) Caribbean Geographic AOR, primarily encompassing Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center, Bahamas, along with various locations in Puerto Rico, and serve as a backup for services in other portions of the NAVFAC SE AOR.

The contract may be used to provide similar services on a secondary basis in other portions of the NAVFAC SE AOR including Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas. Work under this contract will be ordered by written Task Orders (TOs) issued to the Contractor by the Contracting Officer.
