BGOV Subscription Services

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of Under Secretary (OUS), Office of Governmental Affairs (OGA) has a requirement for eight (8-9) licenses to access information from Bloomberg Government, against the library of Congress’ FEDLINK agreement (LCFDL23D0068). The OGA seeks the unique services of Bloomberg Government (BGOV) to provide a premium, subscription-based service that provides comprehensive information and analytics for policy professionals.

The FEDLINK Direct Express allows customers to send their agency-generated purchase order directly to the Vendor to initiate purchases with the Vendor. Additionally, the program office reviewed other FEDLINK vendors and found BGOV to be best able to meet the agency’s requirement for these services. Bloomberg Industry Group, Inc. (together with its affiliates, “INDG”) is the only source of the Bloomberg Government information product and related services (“BGOV”). INDG maintains its own internal sales force and does not utilize distributors or re-sellers for BGOV. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
