Notice of Intent to Sole Source Service Agreement

Thermo Electron North America 1400 Northpoint Parkway Suite 50 West Palm Beach, FL 33407 The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Assistant Secretary of Administration and Management (OASAM), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Thermo Electron North America under the authority of FAR 13.106?1(b)(1)(i) – Soliciting from a Single Source. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) requests the purchase of a service contract for a Thermo Electron Autosampler.

This action will result in a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will commence on September 01, 2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334516 -Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing - with a size standard of 1,000. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
