Set-aside of this procurement for Small Businesses (SB), SBA 8(a) program participants, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), or Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) may be established from responses received. Additional set-aside for local area vendors (based within 50 miles of the work site) may also be established. The FAA's current intended procurement strategy is to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract competitively to the lowest price bidder that can be determined fully responsive to the solicitation. To be eligible, vendors must be determined responsible via verification of active registration in System for Award Management (SAM.gov), possesses no exclusions therein, possess no adverse recent and/or relevant past performance, and present low or no apparent overall risk to the FAA if awarded a contract. The FAA anticipates a tentative timeline of the resulting procurement is as follows:
