Wrestling Mats (Synopsis)

A. This is a synopsis of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 5.207, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The solicitation for this notice will be published on https://sam.gov as a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about October 7, 2025, with a closing date on or about October 22, 2025, and an anticipated award date of November 4, 2025. B. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for these services is 339920 (Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7810 (Athletic and Sporting Equipment).

This requirement will be set aside for small businesses. C. To be considered for an award, vendors shall have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the representations and certifications in their SAM registration are accurate and current. D. Payment will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) application in accordance with DFARS clause 252.232-7006, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions.

E. On behalf of the Government, the Contracting Officer intends to evaluate each quote and make an award without discussions. The Contracting Officer unilaterally reserves the right to determine if it is necessary to conduct discussions.
