W9124D24R0140 Description: The U. S. Army Force Management Support Agency has a requirement for hardware/software audiovisual (AV) upgrades for the USAFMSA Training/Conference Room in Room B14, Bldg. 201, and control system updates for the USAFMSA Conference Room in Room 104, Bldg. 203, Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The design intent for this project is to update current systems and equipment to enable stable and user-friendly collaboration with multiple internal and external organization via DoD/Army approved VTC systems and software, e.g. MS Teams. The required period of performance is within 90 days of award of contract.

The MICC- Ft Knox intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Iron Bow Technologies, LLC for Training/Conference Room Upgrades to support the The U. S. Army Force Management Support Agency with a period of performance of 28 September 2024 through 28 September 2025 and a four option period in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8/ The anticipated award date is 28 September 2024.
