Replace Roof, B211 Special Notice Revision

This post is in regard to Notice ID: MXDP12A033 stating the set aside for historically underutilized business zone (HUBZone) certified companies for the replacement of the roof on Building 211. The 47th Contracting Squadron, Laughlin Air Force Base, TX will be retracting this post with regards to a recent mandatory Memorandum For Record (MFR), dated 22 April 2024, released by the Department of the Air Force.

This mandatory MFR is to announce the reactivation of the R3M Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Effective immediately, the R3M IDIQ contract is now usable, and the mandatory use provision is now reinstated for all Active Duty Air Force Installations and Joint Bases led by the Air Force that are located in CONUS+AK. All other ordering processes and required documents remain the same. Please see attachments for reference to this MFR.
