Bigfoot 3000 Electric towing vehicles or equal: • Max Speed 24 MPH • Must be able to travel minimum of 35 miles on a single charge. • Must have a minimum tow capacity of 8,000lbs and minimum load capacity of 2,500lbs. • Overall length must be shorter than twelve (12) ft. • Overall Width must be a Min of 46 in. and a Max of 60 in. • Must have a minimum of no less than 4.5 inches of ground clearance. • Must have a minimum of at least 4 ft of width and 6 feet of length of flat cargo space capable of holding a standard wooden pallet. • Bed must have side walls that are at least 8 in. tall and can fold down (not removed unless stored on the vehicle) to allow side loading of pallets.

Must also be able to be driven while folded down (or stowed). • Must have tie down points on or in the bed. • Must be 110V AC chargeable. • Must come with sealed batteries installed. • Must have built in, onboard charger. • Must have leaf spring suspension. • Must have pneumatic tires. • Must have 4-wheel hydraulic disk brakes. • Must have a parking brake. • Must have headlights, taillights, brake lights, and turn signals. • Must have strobe light installed on roof that is on with headlights. • Must have passenger and driver seats with backrest, driver seat must be adjustable. • Must have oversized cab, driver and passenger seats must be large enough to support personnel of 6 foot 6 in. in height and 350lbs. • Must have horn. • Must have backup alarm. • Must have solid cab and solid doors with openable windows. • Must have heater installed
