Passenger Motor Posting Date:

November 03, 2026 Closing Date: November 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST Requirement Summary: Scheduled commercial passenger bus routing and operational transit network solutions to and from FCC Yazoo City. FlixBus North America is the only provider with the pre-existing commercial transit network, fleet infrastructure, and scheduling nodes capable of meeting the agency's specific transit requirements without introducing custom route configurations. Alternate approaches would require custom, non-commercial service setups, resulting in a substantial duplication of costs and unacceptable operational delays to the mission.

Submission Instructions: This is not a request for competitive proposals. Capability statements proving an identical, off-the-shelf commercial transit network and infrastructure capable of fulfilling this requirement must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer by the closing date.
