Facilities And Operations Maintenance Support Services II (FOMSS II)

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) has determined a consolidation of contract requirements is necessary and justified and the Small Business Administration (SBA) has concurred.

As a result, the Facilities and Operations Maintenance Support Services II (FOMSS II) acquisition involves consolidation of the previous FOMSS I and Center Operations Building Automation (COBA) contracts for supplies or services that have been provided or performed under two or more separate contracts. In accordance with FAR 7.107-5, Notifications, Paragraph (c), this notice is being published to notify the public that the agency has determined a consolidation of contract requirements is necessary and justified.
