T-38 Trim Expansion Phase 2

This is a sources sought to establish contractor capabilities to complete contract requirements. The specific intent of this requirement is to refurbish, and remodel (i.e. replace office floors, paint walls, cabinets, remodel restrooms, new electrical, abatement) of Hanger 72 and Building 241 Flight Office at Randolph Air Force Base, TX; IAW SOW (attatched).
