Amendment 0004 cancels solicitation 9594CS26Q0025, Personal Property Management System.

Amendment 0003 responds to additional questions received. This amendment also provides revised Attachment J-8 and Attachment J-10. This revised version of both attachments must be submitted with any quote. There is no change to the due date for submissions in response to solicitation 9594CS26Q0025 identified in Amendment 0001, i.e., August 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Acknowledgement of Amendments 0001, 0002, and 0003 are to be submitted with any quote.

Amendment 0002 responds to remaining questions received. There is no change to the due date for submissions in response to solicitation 9594CS26Q0025 identified in Amendment 0001, i.e., August 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Amendment 0001 provides responses to all questions received and makes changes to the solicitation and provides a revised Attachment J-1, Statement of Work, Attachment J-8, Compliance w Personal Property Mgmt Sys Rqmts, and a revised Attachment J-10, Solicitation Price Sheet. The revised solicitation Attachment J-8 and Attachment J-10 provided with this amendment must be completed and submitted with any quote. This amendment also extends the quote due date and time.

The notice number for this solicitation is 9594CS26Q0025. The notice ID in this announcement (9594CS26Q0025_1) is only used so that this solicitation can be reposted to SAM.gov. All communications regarding this acquisition should use 9594CS26Q0025. The Contractor shall provide a Personal Property Management System delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that is FedRAMP Moderate Authorized.and support services.

The solicitation section L.6.3 stipulates the Quoter’s proposed Personal Property Management SaaS System MUST hold a current Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Moderate Authorization at the exact time and date set for submission of quotations. Failure to provide the required evidence or proposing a solution that is currently "In Process", "FedRAMP Ready," or possessing a status lower than Moderate Authorization will result in elimination from the competition.

Section L.5, L.6, and L.7 provide very detailed information regarding required documents/information to be submitted for evaluation. Please ensure any quote sumitted meets all submission requirements.
