Staff Safety Training

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is an OPEN-MARKET Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ.

This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026.

A Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is not applicable to this procurement. SEE ATTACHED RFQ SAFETY TRAINING COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND RFQ ATTACHMENTS HEREIN. RFQ Amendment A00001 adds the following documents to this RFQ:
